Honey Lime Chicken

This easy honey lime chicken only uses 3 ingredients and is ready in 15 minutes! It’s a healthy, protein packed and gluten free addition to your next dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Green pepper hot sauce such as Tabasco
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 8 oz Chicken breast

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients, up to the chicken.
  2. Place the chicken breast into the bowl and stir around to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours - to overnight (the longer the better!)
  3. Rub a grill with olive oil and heat to medium heat.
  4. Grill the chicken until no longer pink inside, about 10-12 minutes total, flipping once half way through.
  5. Transfer to a plate, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
