1poundBrussels sproutshalved
4tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/2teaspoondried basil
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Aiolifor serving (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, melt the butter in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven. Combine the melted butter with Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring until a paste forms. Spread this mixture evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Arrange the Brussels sprout halves cut-side down over the butter and cheese mixture. Roast in the preheated oven until the edges are golden brown and crispy, approximately 35 minutes.
Once done, transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving platter. Serve with a side of aioli for dipping, if desired. DEVOUR!
