- 2 large eggs
- Oil spray preferably olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons hot water
- Toast optional for serving
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Lightly coat each ramekin with oil spray, ensuring the sides are well-greased to prevent sticking.
Add 3 tablespoons of hot water to each ramekin.
Carefully crack an egg into each ramekin, taking care not to break the yolk.
Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket or tray.
Cook the eggs for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired yolk consistency.
Once done, remove the ramekins from the air fryer and gently release the eggs using a rubber spatula or knife.
You can serve the poached eggs on a plate or over toast, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. DEVOUR!
