  • 2 lb strawberries

  • Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Optionally, you can remove the green stems if preferred, but they are are entirely edible and packed with nutrients.
  • If using a juicer, feed the strawberries through the juicer according to the manufacturer's instructions and collect the juice.

  • For blender method, add the strawberries to the blender and blend until smooth. Then, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve (you want to separate the juice from the pulp).

  • Serve immediately over ice. You can also store your juice in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to cool it down.
