- 1 bag frozen french fries
- 6 cloves garlic very finely minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Bake the frozen french fries on a baking sheet according to the package instructions until they are golden and crispy.
While the fries are baking, combine the finely minced garlic with olive oil in a small skillet.
Warm the garlic and olive oil over medium heat for about 15-30 seconds, just until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
Place the hot, crispy fries into a large mixing bowl.
Pour the warm garlic oil over the fries and sprinkle with kosher salt. Toss everything together to coat the fries evenly.
Garnish the loaded garlic fries with chopped parsley, serve immediately, and DEVOUR!
