Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the buttermilk and melted butter. Beat in the eggs until smooth.
