Ingredients

  • 3 large bell peppers sliced into ½-inch strips
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Start with the bell peppers. Cut off the tops, remove the seeds and membranes and slice the peppers into ½-inch wide strips. It will help you get an even cooking.
