- 2 russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Peel the russet potatoes thoroughly.
Grate the potatoes using a cheese grater.
Wrap the grated potatoes in paper towels or a clean dish cloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
In a bowl, mix the dried grated potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket.
Air fry the hash browns at 370°F for 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
