Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1/4 cup onions finely chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare a 9-inch springform pan or square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper for easy frittata removal.
