  • 1 small onion grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Oil for brushing the waffle iron

  • Preheat your waffle iron to the desired setting for a crisp waffle.
