Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast cut into 12 strips
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon of organic mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup of almond flour
  • 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F.
  • Ensure the basket is clean and lightly greased.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and mayonnaise until well combined. This mixture will help the breading stick to the chicken.
