Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips into the bowl of a food processor. Blend everything together until it is quite smooth.
  • Add the chocolate chips and give it a little pulse to combine. But don’t blend the chocolate too small—it’s nice to have the crunchy chips in there.

  • Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of mix and then roll it into balls.
