Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips into the bowl of a food processor. Blend everything together until it is quite smooth.

- Add the chocolate chips and give it a little pulse to combine. But don’t blend the chocolate too small—it’s nice to have the crunchy chips in there.

- Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of mix and then roll it into balls.
