Tahini Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

These tahini chocolate chip bites will give you a small and tasty pastry to have in the evening, especially if you’re having guests and need something to serve with coffee or tea. The best part is they have no added sugar but still taste amazing!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tahini
  • 1 ½ cups Oats
  • ¼ cup Desiccated Coconut
  • ¼ cup Sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Flaxmeal
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips into the bowl of the food processor. Blend it together until it is quite smooth and comes together.
  • Add the chocolate chips and give it a little pulse to combine. But don’t blend the chocolate too small, it’s nice to have the crunchy chips in there.
  • Scoop out about two tablespoons of mix and then roll it into balls.
