Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Wrap 2 slices of bacon around a wooden skewer and place them on a flat plate.
Drizzle a little honey over the bacon skewers. You can eventually replace the honey with maple syrup if you like it better.
Now add a little black pepper on top. If you like it more spicy, you can use a larger amount of pepper.
Prepare an oven tray with aluminum foil. It is not mandatory, but if you don't want to bother with cleaning the tray later, then this is a better solution.
Put the skewers with bacon in the tray and put the tray in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F, turning the skewers halfway through the cooking time.
Remove the tray from the oven, take the skewers from the tray, and continue cooking the remaining bacon.
Enjoy the bacon directly from the skewer or remove it from the sticks and serve it. Enjoy!
