Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter softened
  • 2 cups uncooked basmati rice rinsed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 cups water boiled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and brush a 9x13-inch casserole dish with softened butter.

  • Fill the dish with the rice, paprika, cumin, boiling water, and salt.
