Ingredients
6Free Range Eggs
1tspButter
¼cupCheddar cheeseshredded
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Place a ceramic bowl in the air fryer. Melt the butter by turning on the air fryer for 2 minutes.
In the meantime, crack the eggs into a bowl with the cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
Pour the eggs into the bowl with the melted butter and set the air fryer (220–240 V, 2000W) to 350°F for 6 minutes.
Open the air fryer and use a fork to stir the eggs, scrambling them. Then push the drawer back in and cook for another 8 minutes. Scramble again with the fork and serve.
Notes
If you'd rather not use butter, heat the pan for a minute or so and then apply nonstick cooking spray.
For a creamier texture, use cream instead of milk.
As there are different makes and models of air fryers, yours may cook eggs at a different rate. So keep an eye on them and keep that temperature low.
