Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Spring onions chopped
  • Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 250 degrees F. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook the eggs for 10-12 minutes for a soft boil or 15-18 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.

  • Once the eggs are done, remove them from the air fryer basket and place them in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  • Now gently peel the boiled eggs and remove the shell. Cut the boiled eggs in half and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped spring onions and a drizzle of olive oil!
