- ½ cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- water
Whisk the tahini, crushed garlic, maple syrup, lemon juice, sesame oil, olive oil, and salt together in a bowl.
Add a little water at a time and whisk. Continue doing so until the desired consistency has been attained.
Pour the dressing over your salad or use it as a dip for veggies.
