Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • water

Instructions

  • Whisk the tahini, crushed garlic, maple syrup, lemon juice, sesame oil, olive oil, and salt together in a bowl.
  • Add a little water at a time and whisk. Continue doing so until the desired consistency has been attained.
  • Pour the dressing over your salad or use it as a dip for veggies.
