Ingredients

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • club soda
  • lemon wheel (for garnish)
  • cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Cover and shake well.

  • Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda.

  • Add the lemon wheel and/or cherry as garnish.

Notes

  • Chill your glass by filling it with ice before you begin mixing.
