Welllll, Halloween is OVER!
Did you eat all your kid’s Halloween candy?
Don’t lie. I know that’s why parents love Halloween. That whole “only one candy” per day rule that my parents had was all a secret ploy to leave MORE candy for them.
So, in light of all aforementioned candy eating I have a fun workout for you!
The way you do it is quite similar to last month’s Spell your name workout:
You’ll need a bucket of candy with you, and that’s about it. No other equipment needed!
Grab one candy randomly out of the bucket and do the exercise associated with it. Immediately grab another and do THAT exercise. Do this for 5 rounds with NO rest. IF you want to make it harder you can do another round, drawing 5 more candies from the bucket. If you want to rest for 1 minute in between the first and second round, go for it!
Note: do NOT eat the candy afterwards. They’re just to tell you what to do. We wouldn’t want to def-EAT the whole purpose now would be? 😉
