– 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes – 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg – 1 teaspoon ground paprika – 3 garlic cloves – 1 teaspoon kosher salt – 2 teaspoons brown sugar – 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

In a small bowl, combine all of the seasoning ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Store seasoning blend in an airtight container until needed. Use the seasoning to season 1 pound of ground pork for breakfast sausage, patties etc.
