How To Make Cauliflower Rice

- Put riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and cover - Microwave for about 5 minutes - If you’re making a lot of cauliflower rice, stir it after 5 minutes and microwave for an additional 5 minutes or so until tender

Steamed in the oven

Bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, again depending how much you’re making- the goal is for the cauliflower rice to be nice and tender!

- Toss riced cauliflower with a drizzle of oil (I recommend avocado, coconut or olive oil) - Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet - Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, stirring once part way through if you have a large batch

- Heat some olive oil or avocado oil in a large skillet on medium heat - Once hot, add in the cauliflower rice and cook, stirring occasionally – use a large pan and make sure your cauliflower rice isn’t crowded together - Fry until the rice is golden brown and crispy, about 5-10 minutes
