Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Add the vodka, followed by the orange juice. (The traditional Screwdriver cocktail uses a 1:3 vodka to orange juice ratio, but feel free to adjust it to your preference.)
Stir the mixture and garnish with an orange slice (if desired).
