Prepare the Carrots: Peel the carrots using a vegetable peeler and trim off the ends. If the carrots are long, cut them in half, then slice into 1/4-inch thick sticks.

Season the Carrot Fries: In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, kosher salt and black pepper.

Air Fry the Carrot Fries: Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with an oil spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the carrot fries in a single layer in the basket.

Garnish and Serve: Transfer the carrot fries to a serving plate once they are golden and crispy. You can sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
