Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a small bowl mix the mustard seeds, smoked paprika, coriander, and onion powder together to make a BBQ rub.
Coat the ribs completely in the rub.
Wrap each rack in foil to form parcels. Arrange the parcels onto a baking tray then bake in the oven for 2 ½ hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven and let cool. Peel back the foil and brush each rack all over with BBQ sauce. Place the tray back in the oven for 10 minutes.
