In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until evenly coated.

Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crispy, flipping halfway through. Sprinkle on fresh parsley when serving. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
