Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
In a bowl, gently toss the tofu cubes with olive oil, cornstarch, and salt until evenly coated. Arrange the tofu in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Take the tofu out of the oven and place it into a large bowl. Mix well with the BBQ sauce. Put the tofu back on the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the sauce has set.
