– 4 chicken leg quarters – 3 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon paprika – 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder – 3/4 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Brush them with olive oil and season them thoroughly with the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.
