“Tell me something gooooood”
Name that song!
But seriously, I actually want you to tell me something good because you and I both know that right now we need a little bit of that in our lives.
You guys know that I am ALL about the power of positivity and gratitude. In fact, Mr. FFF and I recently started a “gratitude journal.”
Our pastor did a sermon on gratitude and he said it was the “gateway to peace” and we were both like “that is so true!” We had been feeling a little discontent with all the craziness in the world right now and we realized we had not been practicing gratitude.
So, we have a journal on our table that reminds us to write things that we are grateful for as we go about our day. It has been a GAME CHANGER. More than just “good,” we also wanted to focus on our appreciation for things that are really AWESOME!
Here are some GOOD & AWESOME things that we are grateful for and are trying to focus on:
- We bought our forever home
- Our 3-month Europe trip in a few weeks won’t look like we planned, but it might be more of an adventure!
- Mr. FFF passing his board exams
- Mr. FFF being done with school so we can live together again
- Our dog. Because she is so darn cute.
- Being part of Christian health sharing for the past 3 years as Mr. FFF has been a student with no benefits.
Do you know much about Christian healthcare sharing? Well, I’m about to tell you more because we’ve LOVED being a part of this.
Membership in a healthcare sharing ministry not only allows you and your family to retain control over your healthcare, but it also offers peace of mind as you invest your money into a community where you can trust it will be used for other members!
And when in need, these programs help you with YOUR medical costs, so that’s kind of a big deal.
But, that’s not even the biggest benefit.
The biggest benefit is the way the monthly sharing amounts are priced. Depending on a few things such as the plan chosen and family size, the monthly payments for Healthcare sharing plans can be significantly cheaper than traditional health insurance.
Maybe even half the cost or less!
I’m teaming up with UHSM Health Share, which is a faith-based organization founded on Christian beliefs and values!
Besides being faith-based, which I LOVE, they are also a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization which recently expanded to spread its mission of holistic health and wellbeing through membership enrollment in 43 states — with member usage in all 50 states!
UHSM Health Share also offers a modernized approach to health sharing that facilitates member-to-member medical sharing and promotes holistic health and well-being.
UHSM Christian healthcare offers simple, fair and friendly health share programs to qualified individuals and families!
So, ya. You get to save money and stress, feel empowered with your Healthcare and you get to connect with like-minded people.
Now THAT is something VERY GOOD, in fact it’s AWESOME!

Grateful for my family. And God. What’s so awesome was finding you. And finally on the path of healing my self image, my body and listening to God. It’s a process, and I want to enjoy the journey.
Thank you so much.
