As I’m typing this to you, I can practically taste the rich, creamy and velvety-smooth yoghurt that I plan on eating tonight dancing on the end of my taste buds.

And, like me, you also want to devour the lemon flavor for all the evers that be.
But, I don’t just want to talk at you about yoghurt for 500 words. I realized that we talk a lot about working out here in this little blog-space, but not a lot about how to properly EAT to fuel that hardcore workout that you do, all day loooonnnnng. Because nutrition is SO important to get MAXIMUM MUSCLEZZ.
So, this is where noosa® comes in. As I showed you on insta, my fridge is seriously always STOCKED up with it. Partially because it comes in 14 flavors, and my taste buds are always like “give-me-something-new-and-exciting-everyday-or-I’ll-get-bored-please” but MOSTLY because I eat it a lots. Like, 3 times a day because you can create the most-perfect workout-muscle-pleasing meals with some yoghurt and a few other handy little ingredients that I bet you ALREADY have in your house. LET ME SHOW YA.
MMMKAY now. So, before you work out you NEED to eat right? I am hoping x 13 that you said yes. So let’s pretend you did. :). BUTBUTBUT you know how mom said don’t eat right before you swim? Same goes for HITTIN DA GYM. You don’t want to eat right before, and you don’t want to eat A LOT. Just a little bit to get some carbs and protein into your muscles to use while you get your buff-person on.
Like a bowl of noosa® yoghurt. It’s got the perfect blend of carbs and protein to give you that little burst of fuel ya need. My flavor of choice? Straight up VANILLA yo’. I work out early in the morning, which means I’m eatin’ early. No crazy flavors for my I-just-woke-up face at that hour.
Also. Coffee. See “I work out early in the morning.” YOU FEEL ME.
Step 2. Eat within 30 minutes of finishing your training. PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE do this. AND GUESS WHAT? noosa®’s perfect carb/protein balance does it AGAIN. How-EV-er, you do need a little bit of extra protein and carbs to REALLY re-fuel those muscles after they’ve been hit HARD. So, a scoop of protein (I mix mine with water) and a banana alongside your yoghurt is MAGIC. P.s fruit is a GREAT choice for post-workout eats because the sugars digest fast, which means they’re getting to your muscle stores QUICK.
P.P.S noosa® makes so many fresh-and-fruity-honey-sweetened flavahs. Fruit=perfect. You see the win here. I’m currently trying to pretend it’s still summer. So, creamy coconut with my banana? GIMME THAT. Like, all day long.
FINALLY, did you even think about making sure you getting nutrients to your body while you sleep? I mean, you aren’t eating for 8 WHOLE HOURS. Not good my peeps, not good.

BUT, this time, I pair my yoghurt with some healthy fats. This SLOWS DOWN the digestion of those beautiful carbs and proteins, which means that they’re shuttled on over to your muscles for a longer period of time.
Ie: 8 hours. Ie: getting strong while entering dreamland. HELLO.
By the end of the day, I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that it’s September. So, a little pit of noosa® pumpkin (I KNOW!) with a handful of pecans? NOW you see why I’m already DREAMING about THAT.
Then I sleep. Wake up, and do it all again.
Best part? If my taste buds do that annoying “changing” thing overnight, I’ve still got 11 other OPTIONS.
