Just letting you know this awesome breakfast is sponsored by Quaker® Oats Company! Yum!
These overnight oats are layered with a mixture of strawberry jam, cream cheese and Greek yogurt for a quick and easy breakfast that feels like dessert!
Strawberry Cheesecake Oatmeal. Are those not the most fun and tasty words that your cheesecake-loving face as ever UTTERED?
Like, we’re talking a layer of smooth, soft cream cheese that has been ALL mixed up with sweet strawberry jam and layered with bursts of juicy, SUPAH fresh strawberries and creamy milk that is stuffed with flecks of deliciously YUM, wholesome oatmeal.
These overnight oats are about to make your hungry person self veryyyyy, very happy. As in, you’re going to grab a spoon, dig WAY down deep through each individual layer, swirl them all together and then slowly munch every.single.mouthful so that you can savor the goodness that is tingling your tongue in the ULTIMATE breakfast heaven. Think of them like blueberry oatmeal with cheesecake swirl, but in an overnight kinda way!
If you whip these overnight oats up the night before, like that super-prepared person that I KNOW you guys are, you might even actually LOOK forward to waking up…WITHOUT an alarm (!!!) You might even declare mornings your NEW favorite thing EVER, because these cheesecake oats? Probably one of the best things that my not-so-secret-oatmeal-obsessed self has ever had the joy of devouring. It’s like waking up to a healthy cottage cheese cheesecake but in OATMEAL form.
Considering there is A LOT of oat eat-age in mi casa, I would say that I know a thing or two about what tastes GOOD, and YUM and you NEED to make it.
YOU MUST. YOU MUUUUUST.
I know what you’re wondering. You’re trying to determine if I am slowly turning FFF into an oatmeal-recipe-only-blog because I obsessively talk about it, AND we just devoured a few bowls of vegan overnight oats LAST week.
In my defense, once I learned how tasty they were when they were all cold, milky and, like, ALREADY made for my consumption upon rolling out of sleepy-land, I just. couldn’t. stop.
I might even be eating them right now. You’ll never know. Suspenseful RIGHT?
Right.
You A-L-S-O might be thinking, ermmmm strawberries in DECEMBER TAYLOR? Are you insane?
Two thing: 1. Strawberries went on Black Friday sale over the weekend (I could be lying about that one) and I had a bunch of cheesecake STUFFED strawberries left over. and 2. There is only so much pumpkin hummus I can handle, before I want some berries in my face.
If you want to winter-ize these oats, you could TOTALLY play around with festive fruits. But, I like strawberries. So, strawberries we shall eat.
Like we just talked about, these oats get MOST of their cheesecake-like flavor from byoootiful, vibrantly-red strawberries and cream cheese. BUT, you may not have seen the jam COMIN’. But, like, if your ordered a piece of cheesecake during a night out on the town and then it came with ZERO sauce, would your face not go from 🙂 —> 🙁 in -3 seconds FLAT?
Exactly. So jam. It’s like that drippy-sweet strawberry sauce that is required to be doused ALL OVER your slice. Except with a breakfast stamp of APPROVAL.
Before I let you dive face-first into a bowl of you’re-probably-gonna-eat-this-everyday-4EVA let’s just have some real talk.
These are kind of a big deal.
You know I wouldn’t lie to you. BFFS <3.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Low-fat cream cheese softened
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Natural strawberry jam
- 1 Cup Strawberries sliced
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek yogurt divided
- 1 Cup Quaker® Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Cup 1% Dairy milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese and 1 1/2 Tbsp of strawberry jam until smooth and creamy. Divide the mixture between two cups, spreading out on the bottom.
- Divide the sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer. Then, layer 2 Tbsp of Greek yogurt into each cup (so you use a total of 1/4 cup of yogurt)
- In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, oats and milk until creamy and well mixed. Divide between both cups, and place into the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, top each cup with 1/2 Tbsp of the remaining strawberry jam, mix together and DEVOUR.
