This quick and easy single serve cookie dough dip is a protein-packed way to get your dessert! It’s only 4 ingredients, gluten free, under 250 calories and has 18g of protein!
My favorite part of the day is MOST DEFINITELY snack time.
Whiiiich, I am VRY VRY certain that you agree with.
It’s this happy little BLIP of a moment, among the real-person-busy-ness, of our day where we just get to sit back, relax and curb the mid-afternoon HANGRY with FOOD, glorious FOOD.
Just a sun-shiny spot amidst the DARK CLOUD feels of having to “adult” and do work, you know?
In the past, my tummy has jammed to the tune of cookies and cream paleo protein bars or maybe some slow cooker superfood homemade protein bars because PROTEIN. Duh.
It fills you up, makes your muscles BIG and STRONG, and is just an ALL around good-life-choice to include during that post-lunch, pre-dinner snack sesh that is currently the highlight of both of our very LIVES.
[clickToTweet tweet=”Get your cookie dough fix with this Single-Serve Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough Dip! @Oikos” quote=”Get your cookie dough fix with this Single-Serve Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough Dip! @Oikos” theme=”style2″]It’s like this though: the other day I was wandering through the Dairy Aisle at Walmart, and I noticed some BOLD, black cups of Oikos® Triple Zero single serve yogurt that were boasting some qualities that made my easy-convenient-protein-packed-food-loving inner SOUL prettttty excited:
- 15g of high-quality dairy PROTEIN. That is A LOT of protein in ONE CUP. <–!!!
- Zero added sugar AND artificial sweetener – it’s sweetened with stevia!
- 6g of fill-you-up fiber AND
- FUN FLAVORS: Vanilla! Apple Cinnamon! Orange Cream! Salted Caramel! AND MORE.
Yep. Clearly you need to be hitting the Walmart Dairy Aisle too – GOODNESS IS WAITING.
Because I am a predictable person, I went with what I know I love: reliable vanilla. But, you know, because I am a food blogger and always need to keep you guessing, I decided to JAZZ IT UP.
Just kidding. Considering we’ve eaten cookie dough overnight oats, cookie dough oatmeal breakfast bars and that cookie dough almond butter recipe lately, you probably predicted that “JAZZ IT UP” = COOKIE DOUGH.
Told ya. PREDICTABLE.
The most exciting thing about this cookie dough dip is actually not just 1 thing. I was going to write about one thing but, mid-sentence, realized that there is SO MUCH TO <3 <3 <3 about this “snack hack” that allows your afternoon snack attack to include both cookie dough AND 15g of PROTEIN. Liiike the kind of protein that has ALL 9 essential amino acids that your body can’t make.
COMPLETE protein that is COMPLETE-ly DELISH.
Exciting thing 1: the cookie dough is only 4 easy-simple ingredients and one of them is the actual Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt!
Exciting thing 2: you don’t even have to transfer the Greek yogurt to a container. Put that cookie dough RIGHT INTO THE single serve cup and MUNCH AWAY.
Exciting thing 3: you could be a very exciting and hip person and get crafty with your Greek yogurt flavors to turn each and every afternoon into a WHOLE new and FUN snacking experience.
I MEAN. Salted Caramel or Banana Crème cookie dough dip?
SIGN ME UP FOR THAT.
Exciting thing 4: you can eat it on its own, or use it as a dip – I like dunking strawberries in it!
Who knew a simple cup of Greek yogurt could provide you with SO MUCH OPPORTUNITIES.
Fact: there are SO many delicious moments on your snacking horizons, my dessert-loving internet friends.
