Are banana orange smoothies good for you
Banana orange smoothies can be a nutritious and tasty option for a snack or breakfast. Bananas are a good source of potassium, fiber, and vitamins C and B6, while oranges are a good source of vitamin C and fiber. When blended with protein powder, they can make a healthy and satisfying smoothie.
It’s important to keep in mind, however, that the nutritional value of a smoothie can vary depending on the ingredients and the amounts used. To make sure your smoothie is as healthy as possible, try to use fresh, whole ingredients and limit the amount of added sugar or sweeteners.

Also love the plank challenge – i always make my boyfriend do them with me and he hates me for it 😉
Taylor Kiser says
You TOTALLY need to try it! Especially frozen, to make it thick and icy and YUM!

I saw this post yesterday and I was going to comment, but I thought no I’m going to try it for breakfast. I like to have smoothies for breakfast, especially now with this heat I’m just not in the mood to eat anything. I used everything fresh rather than frozen, the orange taste was nice and refreshing. I found the bananas are just used for the creamy texture. I added in some protein but I am also going to try it without the protein. It can be made without protein can’t it?
Taylor Kiser says
So glad you liked it! It can definitely be made without protein, it just won’t be as thick. I personally love thick smoothies, but that’s just me! Thanks Adam!
Adam Trainor says
Yeah I do like thick smoothies because they make me feel fuller for longer. If I have one for breakfast, I find that I can last till lunch time without having to snack inbetween
Taylor Kiser says
Exactly! 🙂
Kelley @ Chef Savvy says
