I actually used the FITFORLIFE coupon code myself last week to see a REGISTERED (key point!) dietician. As I’ve talked about a lot on here, I am currently in the process of trying to GAIN some weight…but I want to do it in a healthy way. It made me trust her.
After our phone call, she sent me A TON of helpful information. Seriously, she sent me a detailed breakdown of everything we talked about, how she figured out how many calories I need per day and then about 8 PDFS on recipe ideas, snack ideas, and various other articles on how to gain quality weight in a healthy manner.
Basically, if YOU have any kind of question about how to achieve your health and fitness goals, you can get them answered by just picking up your phone or opening your computer. It’s straight up that simple.
