- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- Buffalo Sauce (whole30 version if desired)
How to make Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken
Place the chicken into your instant pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
Cover the instant pot with its lid, set it to sealing and cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes. Do an instant steam release and then check to ensure the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the sauce in the instant pot and shred it, then add it back to the instant pot.
Serve and enjoy!

Simply place the cooked buffalo chicken in a freezer style zip lock bag or a freezer safe, airtight container. Label the chicken with the date and store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
