There is this saying. It goes something like this:
Now, I believe PART of this quote. I know that my hair is messy and I am most definitely not looking my best when I’ve done a heavy set of deadlifts.
HOW-EV-ER, I am THAT girl that wears makeup to the gym (you can judge me) and likes to dress as cute-ly as possible. I’m pretty sure that not feeling “shleppy” makes me stronger.
So. I think that we can look HALF cute at the end of the workout. I mean, we can be wearing cute clothes amIright? No one SAYS we can’t get a good workout unless we’ve got sweats and an old hoodie on.
This is why I luhvity-luv-luv my ADORABLE Soffe Apparel.
When I put it on, I feel all sorts of fashionable and trendy. This is especially nice because I pretty much ALWAYS do my grocery shopping for the days recipe testing on the way to the gym. With Soffee, I don’t need to do that whole “put on the sunglasses and hope no one recognizes me” thang.
Don’t lie. You’ve TOTALLY done it too.
BUT, when I get to the gym and approach the squat rack, I don’t worry that my efforts to be a “fashion-forward little lady” (I’m 5’2 on a good day guys. Emphasis on the little) are going to sacrifice my lifting.
You guys. This athletic wear totally brings out all the strength inside me. It’s TOUGH.
Like, tougher than I like to think I am. 😉
It’s pretty much Taylor in athletic wear form.
I mean, it just FITS.
Sidenote: do you like my play on words nina-ness there? It fits like literally “fits my body perfectly” and fits like figuratively “fits my personality.”
You understand.
Anyway.
If you’re anything like me, you’re already dancing your way to the mall.
Because you KNOW you don’t pass up looking cute, getting fit AND doing it in a way that won’t make you husband angry at the credit card bills.
Not that I know anything about that 😉

I would LOVE to know what size you wear in those Soffe’s! I am on the website and since I haven’t ever worn the brand I have no idea what size to get….

I am the smallest size possible! The pants were a tinsy bit big still…but definitely still looked good! I hope that helps!

Thanks!! I found several options at my local Academy so I was able to TRY them on before purchasing which was a huge help 🙂 Yay for cuteness while sweating!
