Welcome to week 4 of the healthy dinner plan!
I hope you’ve been loving having the meals done for you, and that you’ve been enjoying all the tasty recipes!
This week, you are eating one of my “go to” meals: the Mexican Shakshuka! Mr. FFF LOVES this recipe (and so do I!) so it happens a few times a month in the FFF household. I also actually just made it for is whole study group, and they loved it!
The meatballs are also a whole30 remake of a recipe that my Mom used to make when I was growing up, that I LOVED! This variation is JUST as good as hers (if not better, don’t tell her I said that!) but without some of the questionable ingredients!
If you’re new to the dinner plans, here’s the scoop:
Each week I’ll provide you with 5 recipes to make for dinner for the week – and one of those recipes will double so that you eat it twice that week – so, you’ll be getting 6 dinners in your dinner plan! The 7th dinner? Well, go out! Enjoy!
Each recipe name is linked to the blog post that has the recipe in it. Simply click each link, print the recipe, make your shopping list and you’re good to go!
