Can you believe it’s June!? Summer is OFFICIALLY HERE, and it is HOTHOTHOT in Missouri! (Still not used to saying that!)
This week we’ve got zucchini on the brain – it’s one of my most favorite spring veggies! You might be a little bit skeptical about the strawberry rhubarb chicken stir fry, however, I promise it’s DELISH! Mr. FFF was skeptical too! Sunday’s shrimp stuffed zucchini are one of my fav recipes on the blog – simple, light, healthy and SO flavorful!
If you’re new to the dinner plans, here’s the scoop:
Each week I’ll provide you with 5 recipes to make for dinner for the week – and one of those recipes will double so that you eat it twice that week – so, you’ll be getting 6 dinners in your dinner plan! The 7th dinner? Well, go out! Enjoy!
Each recipe name is linked to the blog post that has the recipe in it. Simply click each link, print the recipe, make your shopping list and you’re good to go!
