Slice the croissant in half. Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.

Place the bottom half of the croissant on a baking sheet. Layer on the slice of cheddar cheese, deli ham, and the cooked bacon.

Fry the egg to your liking in a pan over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Place the cooked egg on top of the bacon.

Cover with the top half of the croissant. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissant is toasted.
