– 1/2 cup strong hot coffee (or 2 shots espresso) – 1 cup milk (any kind, such as almond, oat, or regular) – 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée – 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup, to taste – 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – Whipped cream

Brew 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong coffee.

In a saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
