– 2 ripe avocados – 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream – 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice – 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon cumin – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 tablespoon cilantro

 In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado flesh until it reaches a smooth consistency. Alternatively, add to a blender and whip to velvety smoothness.
