– 1/2 frozen banana, sliced – 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk – 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or any nut butter) – 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1 cup ice cubes

 Core and cut the apple into chunks.

Slice half a frozen banana.

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
