– 4 lamb chops (about 1 inch thick) – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon dried rosemary – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the lamb chops evenly with this mixture.

Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare.
