– 1 head cauliflower  – 4 large carrots  – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika – Salt to taste – Black pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets and peel and slice the carrots.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to ensure the vegetables are evenly coated.
