– 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled – 3 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped – 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped – 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced – 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped – 2/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled – 1/4 cup chives, chopped

On a large platter, arrange chopped lettuce. Top with rows of bacon, eggs, chicken, tomatoes, blue cheese, chives, and avocado.

In a jar, combine red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, shake well to emulsify.
