Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
