I’m gonna COACH YOU. Like, not in real life (unless you want to internet stalk me and find out where I live) but I am gonna coach THROUGH THE SCREEN. Like on a website.
In particular, on Booyafitness.com! Which, let’s just throw it out there, is the most fun website name that EVERY happened it this internet thing a majig that I call home. I’m sort of jealous.
I wish I was Booyafoodblog.com. Good thing I have a little part of this awesome-sauce named website I guess.
So, what in the WHAT is Booya Fitness you might be asking? Unless you’re totally super put together and ahead of the game, and you’ve already clicked over and learned ALL about it. In that case, please teach me how to be you. It’s a good day if I can even put real pants on, I just can’t be THAT organized.
Back to Booya.
It’s this FAB website that literally has EVERYEVERYEVERY SINGLE KIND of fitness class that your brain can THINK OF…and then some. BUT, it’s all at your very finger tippies, because it’s all online. You know what that means?
Working out AT HOME. Possibly maybe even in your pajamas. Which, if you read the above sentence, is UP THERE in things likely to happen in my life.
But, that’s just the BASICS. Today I’m really PUMPED UP (you know, like pumpkin iron? LAUGH.) to tell you about this super-fun new feature that Booya added to their already-super-sweet website: fitness plans built by some of your favorite online peeps!
P.s Can I be one of your favorite? Pretty please with no sugar on top because we’re talking about WORKOUTS PEOPLE.
I know that all of us are on different goals in our fitness journey so one plan is about putting on a few pounds OF MUSCLE, and the other is about dropping a few pounds, without sacrificing THE MUSCLE.
Clearly, I enjoy muscles. This is not news to you.
Each plan is 4 weeks long and consists of different exercises. On “off days” there’s tons of nutrition tips, as well as some links to some favorite recipes here on FFF to support your fitness goals!
