Either way. It’s been a SUPER long time since we had a workout post here on FFF, so I thought it was time that I share one.
As you guys know, I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago. When I am on vacation, I think it’s SUPER important to still stay active, especially because I am eating ALL the food and drinking all the umbrella drinks.
How-EV-ER, I also think that vacation needs to be for relaxing, and we shouldn’t spend A MILLION hours exercising. That’s where this workout came to play!
I created this 15 minute, full-body workout while away, and thought it totally kicked my booty! So, I wanted to share with you! Let’s do it!
You’ll start with 10 burpees, as seen in the image above.
Then you’ll do 10 push presses with a jump. Basically, jump while you push your shoulders into a shoulder press.
Then, you’re going to do 10 dumbbell swings. Hold one weight with both hands!
Next, hold the weight up at your chest and do 10 squats. Make sure to get your butt down to the ground!
Now, we’re gonna get on the floor and do 10 pushups (you can do them on your knees if you need!) followed up 10 mountain climbers – work those abs!
Now, get back up and do 10 standing rows – doing both arms at once!
Finish off with those arms – 10 bicep curls and 10 standing tricep dips!
Rest for 1 minute and repeat that for a total of 5 rounds! Your heart will be racing and your muscles will be burning! PINKY SWEAR.
BUT WAIT. There is SO much MORE than just a workout today!
Let’s be real for a second. If you’re anything like me (and I know you are!) the days that you workout, you are HUNGRY. SRSLY. I could eat ALL the things, ALL DAY long on a “workout day” if I don’t make sure I am eating properly.
