Great post! I definitely struggle with quick and easy lunches and most times run out the door to work without packing and end up wasting money and eating more calories by eating out. I will be referencing this post frequently to help with some lunch ideas. Thanks for posting!

Have fun visiting your family Taylor! Don’t worry about the blog… family is WAY more important and it’ll be here waiting for you when you get back. Enjoy your time with them!

And great roundup! Lunch is always a meal that’s easy to get stuck in a rut. There’s plenty of cool, fresh ideas to keep me busy for a while with all this awesomeness!

Thanks Chris! I need to get better at not stressing out about leaving the blog!
      I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Sweetie, you do NOT need to apologize (or sound apologetic) for taking time off from blogging to be with your family. That always comes first! I barely touched my blog for an entire week at Christmas to visit my grandparents: emails, comments, reading/commenting on other blogs, everything. But it was exactly the rest and mini vacation I needed, so I hope you’re able to recharge and rejuvenate too!

Now… What to do about lunches and dinners for me and my picky eater? 😉

I think you’re right…a little break is exactly what this run-down body was needing! Thanks girl!
      Uh oh….that I don’t have a roundup for! :(

Surprisingly it really doesn’t bother me to have 20+ tabs open in my browser – I’m so bad at closing out of tabs and limiting how many I have open. It drives everyone crazy when they look to use my computer though! Happy Saturday : )
